Orders and Shipping

Delivery times depend on the supplier and your location, typically ranging from 2 to 4 weeks. We provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order. 

 

To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our homepage, where you’ll be prompted to enter your email address and create a password. Once registered, you can log in and start shopping.

If you need to change your shipping address, you should do so before the order is processed. This can be done by logging into your account and editing your profile. If the order has already been placed, contacting our customer service team immediately is the best course of action to update the address.

 

After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use on our “Track Order” page to monitor the shipment status.

For your security, we do not store your credit card information; all payments are processed securely and only used at the time of purchase.

Sales tax is charged based on your location and the applicable laws, with the total amount, including any sales tax, displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

We ship to most countries worldwide, and you can check the list of countries we ship to during the checkout process. If your country isn’t listed, our customer service can assist you further.

Your items may arrive in multiple packages depending on the items ordered and the supplier’s location. While we aim to minimize the number of packages, separate shipments for different items are possible, with each shipment having its own tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

Our returns policy allows you to return items within a specified period, usually 30 days from the delivery date, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support immediately.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer a full refund.

If your order arrived damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process of getting a replacement or refund.

 

For authorized returns, you’ll receive instructions via email on where to mail the item. Make sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update the address for you. If it has already been shipped, we’ll assist you in contacting the carrier to make any necessary changes.

 

You can change or cancel an order after submitting it, but only if it hasn’t been processed yet. Contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.
