1. Digital items ship instantly
Printables are delivered by email and on your order confirmation page immediately after payment — no shipping, no wait, no shipping cost.
2. Processing time (physical)
Our physical items are printed on demand just for you. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.
3. Shipping times & regions
After production, estimated delivery:
- United States — 3–5 business days
- UK, Australia & Canada — 5–7 business days
- Rest of world — 7–14 business days
These are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs delays.
4. Shipping rates
Physical orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $6, shown at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free. Digital-only orders are always free.
5. Tracking
Once your item ships, we’ll email a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
6. Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
7. Lost, delayed or damaged
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within [14 days] of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — usually a free replacement.
8. Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer; we’ll do our best to help re-ship where possible.
