BabyDoodle sells two kinds of products from the same doodle designs:
- Physical items — apparel, mugs, totes, framed prints and nursery decor, made on demand.
- Digital printables — downloadable PDF/PNG files you print yourself.
Product colors may vary slightly between screens and printed results.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel any order, and update prices or products at any time. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
4. Payment
We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely by our providers; we don’t store your card details.
5. Digital products & license
When you buy a printable, you get a personal-use license: you may download, print and use it for yourself and your family. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files, or use them commercially without a separate license. For classroom or commercial use, contact us.
6. Intellectual property
All doodle artwork, designs, text and branding on this site are owned by BabyDoodle and protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
7. Shipping & returns
Delivery of physical items is covered in our Shipping Policy, and refunds/returns in our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our or others’ rights. We may suspend access for violations.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BabyDoodle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Governing law
